Draft Agenda, 2nd COPDESS Conference

This will be primarily a working meeting, with multiple breakout groups.

Transportation will be provided from the hotels to Wiley’s office each day.  We will be organizing a group dinner for those interested on Tuesday evening.  Breakfast and lunch are provided each day.

Buses each day will leave from the Ashmolean Museum http://www.ashmolean.org/plan/location/ which is opposite the Randolph Hotel on Beaumont Street.

It is approximately a 10-12 minutes-walk from The Mercure Eastgate and Old Bank Hotels to the Ashmolean, and around the same from the Malmaison.

Tuesday 20th October
07:50 – 08:00 Ashmolean Museum pick up point – the coach will wait ten minutes and leave 8:00 sharp as traffic is heavy in Oxford

17:15 Pick up from Wiley office and drop off outside the Ashmolean Museum

Wednesday 21st October
07:20-07:30 Ashmolean Museum pick up point – coach will leave at 7:30 sharp to ensure arrival at Wiley for 08:00.
